Observations

At their core, the average person is good. I must keep this in mind. People genuinely want to do what is right. Even the most misguided person means well in their efforts. The times when my faith was weak and I cracked under pressure, I still truly wanted to do the right thing. These are some truisms I have had to keep in mind recently:

Failure is inevitable.

Aggression will backfire.

Keep your attitude in check.

You are dealing with forces beyond your control.

Be mindful of your nonverbal communication.
